Once a digital purchase/download link is generated, access is granted immediately, making the item non-returnable and non-refundable under standard conditions.
Sale items, discounted bundles, and gift cards are strictly non-refundable.

2. Exceptions & Issues with Downloads

We want to ensure you receive the file you paid for without any technical difficulties. We will gladly issue a free replacement file or assist with technical support in the following cases:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective or damaged items only.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged/wrong book sent). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
